This role plays a critical part in ensuring revenue accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while partnering with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Role Responsibilities 50% Daily Invoicing - involves pricing, accuracy of the shipping and order process, confirming pricing is correct along with billing information. Importing partner plant location shipments and confirming they are correct. Reconciling daily tonnages with all shipping locations. 25% Weekly Invoicing and Monthly Invoicing, end of the month reporting. Which includes generating and disseminating volume reports. This role will be part of a working group to create a volume and revenue reporting dashboard. 25% Pricing strategies, implementing price increases, updating special prices, administering pricing agreements/contracts and assisting with pricing decisions for price list changes. This role will be part of a working group to create new methodologies and systems to administer our pricing. Qualifications Ø

Work Experience:

1-3+ years of experience in revenue management, billing, accounting or financial analysis. Ø

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. Ø Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or ERP systems. Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ø Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Other Expectations Ø The job may require you to help with other tasks around the office which include answering the phone and processing orders. Ø Quantitative comprehension - excellent with managing numbers and financial analytics. Ø Qualitative aptitude - consistent at managing daily procedures, customer relationship skills, team player.
