Your Role:

In this role, you will support the execution of global operational transfer pricing processes, including quarterly profit monitoring, data validation, variance analysis, and documentation. What you'll be doing: Support quarterly and annual transfer pricing profit monitoring. Prepare and validate data extracts. Perform margin analyses and identify variances. Assist in preparing true-up calculations. Maintain audit-ready documentation. Support intercompany postings and coordination. Support operational TP setting. Contribute to automation initiatives. Support audits by preparing documentation. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Clear communication and global coordination skills Comfort working with cross-functional and regional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, requiring flexibility across time zones.

Nice to have:

Experience with automation, data visualization, or analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, or similar) to improve efficiency reporting, or process scalability. Experience working with ERP and finance systems to extract and analyze data relevant to transfer pricing and intercompany transactions. The estimated base salary for this position is $92,000 to $120,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
