Job Description:

Sarica Manufacturing, a client of Brixey and Meyer, is seeking a Quoting Coordinator to join their team! Full-time | Onsite | 1st Shift (8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri) Join Us as a Quoting Coordinator in Manufacturing! We're looking for a detail-driven Quoting Coordinator who enjoys turning customer requirements into accurate, competitive quotes. In this role, you'll own repeat quoting activity, collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning/Scheduling, and Customer Service, and help ensure pricing, lead times, and margins are aligned. Your work directly supports customer satisfaction and revenue by keeping quotes accurate, clear, and delivered on time.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Quoting Coordinator , you will: Build accurate quotes for repeat, standard, and occasional custom jobs using defined quoting processes Translate customer requirements into clear pricing and lead-time proposals Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Planning/Scheduling, Customer Service) to validate costs, availability, and timelines Use Excel to organize quote inputs, perform pricing math, and maintain clean documentation (line-by-line where needed) Research and confirm pricing details using customer portals, internal systems, and approved online sources Document all assumptions, exclusions, and pricing rationale so quotes are easy to review and repeat Track multiple quotes at once, prioritize deadlines, and follow up proactively to remove blockers Enter and maintain quote information in quoting/ERP tools (training provided for new systems) Support margin goals by checking for accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness before release

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

A few years of experience in an office-based role with ownership of deliverables (quoting, estimating, pricing support, customer service support, project coordination, or similar is beneficial) Working knowledge of Excel (copy/paste, basic formulas; VLOOKUP and conditional formatting are a plus) Comfort working across multiple spreadsheets and performing detailed, numeric data entry Ability to learn and use business systems (e.g., CalcuQuote , Syteline ERP , customer portals) Comfortable with a sedentary, desk-based role with extended periods of focused work U.S. Citizenship is required due to regulatory requirement
