We're looking for a detail-driven, analytical professional to join our team as an Maintenance and Fuel Accounting Specialist. What You'll Do
Process non-trade invoices through established approval workflows
Code, track, and close Field Services work orders
Create and manage purchase orders, including Home Store and inventory orders
Enter and reconcile daily terminal liftings against inventory reports
Reconcile bulk offtake files to ensure alignment with terminal inventory
Process and reconcile daily fuel deliveries, including bulk plant to store transfers
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, over/short issues, and variances
Support pricing validation and ensure accuracy across fuel transactions
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (all disciplines welcome)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Experience with:
Invoice processing and reconciliation
Inventory tracking or supply chain operations
Familiarity with pricing validation, freight rate structures, and invoice processing
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines
Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools
