Job Description

Temporary position during a leave of absence. No benefits are given for this assignment.
TITLE:
Complaint & Pricing Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position exists to complete the complaint process and pricing entry during a leave of absence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook Knowledge of AS400 is a plus Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process customer complaints from initial stage to completion. Enter price adjustments when market changes. Will be trained by incumbent Accountable for assigned job tasks and projects
