Full-Time Responsibilities :

Strategically manage freight forwarding and transportation pricing. Develop customized pricing for OOG (oversized & heavy cargo) transport, including Flat Rack (FR), Open Top (OT), and Breakbulk (BB). Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; negotiate domestic transportation costs (CNTR, Flatbed, OTR) and special equipment rates with carriers. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to optimize pricing strategies and reduce overweight/oversized cargo costs. Report sales and pricing performance on a daily and weekly basis. Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements. Continuously expand knowledge of the domestic supply chain, including market conditions, pricing structures, transportation modes, and equipment.

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Korean and English required 1~5 years of related experience Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights to improve customer solutions.
