Founded in 1982, we specialize in residential and commercial applications with 60+ branches nationwide. Role Description Full-time on-site role as a Pricing and Inventory Control Associate at Preferred Pump & Equipment located in Fort Worth, TX 76103.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Product Information and Inventory team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing or specifications to update and maintain the PIM (Product Information management)
  • Maintain product information and costing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product data is available to warehouses.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable on vendor payment.
  • Work with the ecommerce team to maintain the online catalog.
  • Facilitate the ERP & procedural side of monthly cycle counts and annual inventory. (no physical counting of inventory required).
  • Analyzing cost data to help identify the best procurement routes.
  • Aiding warehouses in sourcing specialized inventory.
  • Occasionally, reviewing inventory levels & preparing a limited number of purchase orders.
