About Our Client Well-established transportation and logistics organization with a strong industry presence Team-oriented environment with long-term growth potential Company focused on safety, operational excellence, and employee support Opportunity to join a stable organization with nationwide operations Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Support the pricing department with billing accuracy and pricing updates Maintain customer rates, fuel charges, and pricing data within internal systems Track quotes, rate increases, and customer agreements to ensure current information Assist sales, accounting, AR, and customer care teams with pricing-related questions Investigate billing discrepancies and help resolve operational pricing issues Create and update customer billing information and pricing documentation Provide behind-the-scenes operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment Desired Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in pricing support, billing, logistics operations, or accounting support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working within systems and spreadsheets Strong communication skills with the ability to explain pricing information clearly Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Salary Information $25/hour We're looking forward to connecting with you and helping you make your next career move!
