This part-time role is crucial for building relationships, educating dispensary staff, and promoting our products through positive engagement and a strong team spirit. This position will also involve occasional assistance at our production facility for product preparation or special projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Represent the brand professionally at dispensary locations and promotional events. Train dispensary staff on product knowledge, features, and benefits. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with dispensary staff Set up and host in-store pop-ups, promotions, and events. Engage customers with enthusiasm and authenticity to increase brand awareness and product sales. Assist occasionally at our production site with packaging, event preparation, or special projects as needed. Ensure all brand materials and displays are organized, clean, and compliant. Provide post-event feedback to the marketing/sales team. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Strong sense of teamwork and relationship building. Must have a valid AZ drivers license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various Phoenix area dispensaries and events. Willingness to assist in production or warehouse settings as needed. Ability to stand for long periods and manage event materials or product displays.
