The Role:

We are looking for a friendly, charismatic, and outgoing Promotional Assistant to help us build local excitement and brand awareness ahead of our grand opening! In this role, you will be the face and energy of the company out in the community. You will visit busy public spaces, high-end local spots, and community areas to connect with people and hand out premium, fun Weekender marketing giveaways (like custom branded waters, beach balls, and exclusive info cards). Your goal is to make people smile, share the Weekender vibe, and invite them to join our exclusive waitlist.

Hours & Schedule:

Part-Time Weekend Focus:

Saturday is our most critical day. You must have excellent availability on Saturdays. Shifts are typically a few hours long, making this the perfect, flexible weekend gig to earn extra income while having fun in the sun.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk around, and engage with the public outdoors for a few hours at a time. Reliable transportation to get to various high-traffic promotional locations around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Must be comfortable working independently or as a duo team during promotional events.
