Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments where no two days are the same? We are seeking an Event Operations Supervisor to oversee concessions, vendor coordination, staffing, and event-day operations at WestWorld. This role is essential in ensuring high-volume events run smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, operational oversight, and real-time decision-making. As the Supervisor on Duty , you will oversee front-line teams, third-party vendors, concessions, and event logistics to ensure service areas are fully prepared, properly staffed, and operating efficiently. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager and Culinary Operations leadership, you will support all phases of event execution—from setup through breakdown—while maintaining company standards and operational excellence. Work Environment This position primarily involves work in an outdoor concession setting, as well as in an office environment. It requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the event calendar and operational needs. The role is based within a fast-paced, high-volume environment that demands prompt decision-making and frequent movement throughout large venue spaces during events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee concessions, staffing, and event operations during high-volume events Serve as Supervisor on Duty, ensuring smooth event execution and guest satisfaction Develop and manage event-based schedules while balancing labor efficiency and staffing needs Lead concession and event teams, reinforcing service standards, communication, and accountability Supervise concession and culinary teams, ensuring proper food handling, preparation standards, portion control, and product quality. Recruit and onboard new vendors to enhance event offerings and drive revenue opportunities. Provide detailed pre-event communication outlining logistics, setup requirements, and operational expectations within established timelines. Ensure all associated service costs and utilities are clearly communicated. Coordinate with third-party vendors and concessionaires to ensure operational readiness and compliance Oversee POS readiness, cash handling procedures, and daily sales reporting Ensure concession areas are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently throughout events Support onboarding, training, and team development to foster a strong, engaged workforce Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures
