Duties Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in front of store Engage with community members to promote upcoming events, campaigns, or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations, maintaining organization and accuracy Collect feedback from residents or potential customers to gauge interest and gather insights for future outreach strategies Assist in setting up promotional displays or signage at local events or community centers when needed Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to foster positive interactions and build rapport with the public Skills Prior supervising experience is a plus, especially in team coordination or community outreach projects Strong marketing knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings through flyers and direct engagement Excellent customer service skills to handle questions, provide information, and create a welcoming atmosphere Experience with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing enhances your ability to connect with diverse audiences Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching wider community segments and ensuring clear communication Effective negotiation skills help in engaging potential clients or supporters confidently Outstanding communication skills are essential for delivering clear messages and building trust quickly Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time efficiently during outreach activities Join us in creating meaningful connections through energetic outreach efforts!
