What You'll Do As our Front Desk Sales Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the face of our Medspa.
Your role will include:
Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all clients. Providing top-notch customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience. Utilizing your sales expertise to recommend services and products tailored to client needs. Managing appointments, schedules, and client inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Maintaining a polished and organized front desk area that reflects our upscale environment. What We're Looking For We're seeking a professional who is:
Experienced :
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar setting.
Personable :
Outgoing, friendly, and approachable with a genuine passion for helping others.
Dependable :
Reliable and committed to providing exceptional service every day.
Sales-Savvy :
Highly skilled in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Detail-Oriented :
