This role is focused on finding, contacting, nurturing, and coaching TikTok creators who can promote our handbags through TikTok Shop's affiliate tools. This is an in-office role. The schedule can be flexible, but we need someone who comes to the office every day and treats the role consistently, not someone who only pops in occasionally. Responsibilities

• Research and identify TikTok creators who are a good fit for handbag promotion
• Contact creators through TikTok Shop affiliate tools, messages, email, phone, or other approved channels
• Build relationships with creators and keep them engaged through regular follow-up
• Coordinate free handbag samples for creators
• Help creators choose which bags to promote based on their audience and style
• Explain product details, selling points, and promotion ideas to creators
• Coach creators on how to present the bags in short videos, livestreams, and TikTok Shop content
• Track creator outreach, sample status, posting status, and sales activity
• Follow up with creators who received samples but have not posted yet
• Work with the ELLO team to improve creator scripts, product talking points, and affiliate performance
• Maintain organized notes and daily progress updates Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English
• Clear, confident phone and video communication
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and following up consistently
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, influencers, creators, or affiliate marketing
• Organized and able to track many creator conversations at once
• Friendly, persuasive, and patient with creators
• Comfortable learning product details and teaching others how to promote them
• Must be able to work in office daily
• Interest in fashion, handbags, beauty, lifestyle, or social commerce is a plus Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator management, sales, recruiting, or customer success
• Experience making outbound calls or doing high-volume outreach
• Experience working with fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, TikTok Shop tools, or creator outreach platforms
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus, but not required Benefits
