Treasure Hunt:
The Ride as a Pirate Actor & Brand Ambassador. You'll become a living, breathing part of our pirate world — roaming Cannery Row, captivating crowds, and driving ticket sales for one of Monterey's most exciting attractions.
Your mission:
Turn curious passersby into thrilled riders. Key Responsibilities Dress in full pirate attire and roam Cannery Row with banners and props Engage guests with high-energy performances, improv, and pirate charm Share the story and experience of
Treasure Hunt:
The Ride Interact with families, groups, and individuals to build excitement Guide guests directly to the ticket counter Work as a team to create an immersive, lively atmosphere Track daily interactions and sales impact Maintain a positive, energetic presence at all times What We're Looking For Natural performer with strong acting or improv skills Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable approaching strangers Strong communication and storytelling ability Sales-minded — motivated to drive ticket purchases Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Reliable and punctual; able to stand/walk for extended periods Must be 18+ Experience in acting, street performance, sales, or hospitality is a plus Pirate accent encouraged (we'll help you find your sea legs!)
