an Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Wine Sampler, where your enthusiasm for wine and exceptional customer service skills will shine! In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers by offering tastings, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable experiences. Your energetic approach will help promote our brand, support sales initiatives, and contribute to a lively, inviting atmosphere. Duties Conduct engaging wine tastings and product demos to educate customers about different varieties and brands Collect customer feedback and data to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings Requirements Previous experience in alcohol demo service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader customer base Knowledge of wine types, production processes, or previous experience in product demos is advantageous
