Job Description

Skyscraper Marketing is growing in Concord and looking for an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to help introduce local customers to cutting-edge wireless services. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications provider and create memorable, personalized experiences that help customers discover services designed to keep them connected. This Brand Ambassador opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of marketing and sales. Every Brand Ambassador plays an important role in generating brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition efforts, and helping more customers discover reliable wireless services through retail campaigns and promotional events. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador Engage directly with customers at retail campaigns and promotional setups to introduce wireless services and available solutions. Create engaging customer interactions that increase brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. Educate customers on available wireless services and explain how different options can support their communication needs. Support sales efforts by answering questions, identifying customer interests, and helping facilitate enrollments. Gather feedback from customer conversations to strengthen future marketing and sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and achieve sales goals. Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing both Skyscraper Marketing and our telecommunications partner. Participate in ongoing sales and marketing training designed to develop communication, leadership, and business skills. Qualifications of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interest in marketing, promotions, telecommunications, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Previous customer service, retail, marketing, events, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
