Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be building relationships with customers and partners while spreading awareness of our brand and driving sales through in-store customer interactions. You'll represent our values, educate others about our products, and create meaningful connections that strengthen our presence in the cannabis space. By engaging directly with customers, providing personalized recommendations, and enhancing their shopping experience, you'll play a key role in increasing product awareness and sales, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring our continued growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Preferred Gardens at events, pop-ups, dispensary, and community outreach initiatives. Educate customers, and the public about our products and the benefits of cannabis. Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff to promote our brand. Create engaging content for social media, showcasing events, products, and lifestyle alignment with our brand values. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve brand strategy. Uphold compliance with all state and dispensary regulations. Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for the cannabis industry, with a strong understanding of its benefits and cultural significance. Outgoing, friendly personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is a plus.
