This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, selling high-quality food products, and representing a growing lifestyle brand in the community. The position involves working weekly farmers markets, conducting in-store product demos, delivering customer and wholesale orders, and helping create memorable customer experiences that build long-term loyalty to the aficio22 brand. Responsibilities Set up, break down, and manage booth operations at weekly farmers markets and events Conduct in-store tastings and product demonstrations Engage customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner Drive product sales and confidently communicate product benefits and brand story Process transactions accurately using POS systems, cash, or mobile payments Deliver customer and wholesale orders in a timely and professional manner Transport market equipment, products, tents, tables, and display materials using personal vehicle Maintain organized inventory and assist with restocking products and supplies Represent the aficio22 brand consistently across all customer interactions Build relationships with repeat customers, local businesses, and retail partners Maintain clean, visually appealing product displays and merchandising setups Assist with event preparation, inventory loading/unloading, and occasional weekend events Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting market equipment and products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused attitude Previous sales, retail, hospitality, food service, or brand ambassador experience preferred Comfortable approaching and engaging with new customers Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close purchases naturally Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Ability to work independently and manage event responsibilities without close supervision Comfortable lifting and carrying market equipment, tables, tents, and product inventory (up to 40-50 lbs) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability for weekend farmers markets and flexible event schedules Basic technology skills (Square/POS systems, texting, scheduling apps, etc.) Passion for food, wellness, artisan products, or premium brands is a plus Ideal Candidate Traits Self-motivated and proactive Positive attitude and high energy Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable speaking confidently about products and educating customers Professional appearance and demeanor Enjoys building community relationships and repeat clientele Compensation Hourly pay + potential sales bonuses/incentives Mileage reimbursement may be available for deliveries and events Opportunity for growth within a growing premium food brand To Apply Please send your resume and a short introduction explaining why you'd be a great fit for the aficio22 team.
