Job Description
The Brand Ambassador role is responsible for scheduling and executing events that build brand awareness, hype, and customer loyalty. This key position works closely with Marketing and Sales teams. This role requires an outgoing, excellent communicator and a responsible, independent, self-motivated individual comfortable with executing without supervision. Our company and sales teams are a customer-obsessed, tight-knit, supportive group. We focus on the "we" and how we can all succeed in exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand our products and company story to successfully represent the brand.
- Participate in PADs, activations, events, and tradeshows as a representative for our company.
- Create, share, and post event and activation content to social media platforms and provide to internal marketing team.
- Network and build relationships with all budtenders at dispensaries and events.
- Conduct/participate in 5-10 events per week
- Average at least 50-100 new sign ups per event per week
- Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
- Ensure Friendly products are appropriately merchandised at dispensaries
- Ensuring display items are properly set up
- Cleaning/resetting displays as needed
- Taking inventory of display assets in use and reporting issues with display assets.
- Consistently complete reports and recap on merchandising visits and events Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, or similar role.
- Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
- Established track record of reliability, responsiveness, and tenacity
- Experience creating online content
- Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Cannabis/hemp knowledge and experience ranging from seed to retail sale and an in-depth understanding of cannabis extraction processes
- Passion for cannabis, marketing, and people
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
