Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry. Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
Preferred qualifications:
20 years of experience building strategic business partnerships within the channel/system integrator ecosystem. Experience in selling or promoting AI or Data Technology to customers. Experience in packaging and positioning solutions and sales plays to multiple parties, including field teams, partners, and end customers. Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex sales cycles while utilizing the partnership ecosystem. Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions (including foundational technical understanding) of Cloud, AI, and Data solutions. Responsibilities Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Sales Specialist, Field, Partner Engineering, PSO, Product) to lead and develop AI go-to-market strategies, prioritize partners aligned to growth drivers, and drive pipeline and business growth. Drive local field enablement and activation of the partner ecosystem to align to industry and segment specific go-to-market strategies and solutions. Contribute to joint field and partner account and territory planning, acting as the subject matter expert to field sales and go-to-market teams on the local partner ecosystem and capabilities.
