Sales Ambassador Denver and surrounding areas, CO Position Overview The Sales Ambassador serves as the primary account management contract for assigned customer accounts. This role promotes MISA Wine & Spirits products and services to existing and prospective clients, strengthens customer relationships, and supports business retention and loyalty through proactive sales, education, and service. Key Responsibilities Sales, Account Growth, and Customer Relationships Sell and educate customers on the diverse MISA Wine & Spirits portfolio across on-premise and off-premise accounts. Build, strengthen, and maintain productive customer relationships. Identify customer growth needs and develop tailored business growth plans for each account. Expand the account base, increase points of distribution, and pursue new market opportunities each week. Product Knowledge, Planning, and Fulfillment Maintain strong knowledge of MISA products, procedures, and customer accounts. Forecast customer product needs and manage sales orders effectively. Support product procurement and fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Training, Collaboration, and Professional Development Participate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, supplier market visits, and events. Commit to continuous learning in wine and spirits to support sales growth and customer outreach. Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Demonstrate strong work ethic and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Two or more years of sales experience; wine and spirits sales experience preferred. Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to foster positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
