Job Description

Be the Face of the Brand. Create Connections That Matter. A&M Ventures is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in New London, CT. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in your community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll help introduce customers to valuable residential services while creating engaging and memorable experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource, strengthen brand awareness, and play a key role in helping the company expand its reach throughout the community. Every Brand Ambassador contributes to overall sales growth by creating positive customer interactions and building lasting connections. Core Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador Engage directly with prospective customers in residential communities to introduce available services and create positive first impressions. Educate customers on internet and communication service options, highlighting features and benefits that align with their needs while supporting sales conversations. Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism while providing accurate and helpful information. Identify customer preferences and recommend solutions that deliver value and enhance their overall experience. Represent the company professionally while contributing to sales success as a Brand Ambassador. Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, and service activation to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and outreach activities. Participate in ongoing Brand Ambassador training and work closely with team members to support outreach initiatives and achieve team sales goals. Qualifications We Value in a Brand Ambassador Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, professional, and confident personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Customer service, retail, hospitality, community outreach, or sales experience is beneficial but not required. Interest in developing professionally as a Brand Ambassador while strengthening communication and sales skills.
