Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative - MKM360 AutoWorksOverview Get in on the ground floor of something big! MKM360, an established leader in Property Management, officially launched our brand-new division— MKM360 AutoWorks —in April 2026. Now, we are looking for high-energy, relentless go-getters to help us capture the Newark, Delaware market and surrounding areas. If you live and breathe car culture, love hitting Cars & Coffee, and know how to talk to anyone from a local enthusiast to a dealership general manager, this is your sandbox. This isn't just a regular promo gig; it's an entrepreneurial sales and branding role where your hustle directly dictates your paycheck. We offer a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure where you earn a percentage of every single piece of business you bring into the shop. Duties Own the
Car Scene:
Act as the face of MKM360 AutoWorks at local car shows, Cars & Coffee events, and enthusiast meetups to build hype and drive retail business.
Build Fleet Partnerships:
Hustle to establish lucrative fleet contracts by pitching our services to local car dealerships, auto-body shops, rental agencies, and corporate accounts.
Leverage Your Network:
Utilize your existing connections and build new ones to open doors for consistent commercial and retail shop business.
Social & Digital Hype:
Create compelling content on the fly at events, share updates, and manage social media outreach to boost our visibility across the local automotive community.
On-Site Branding:
Set up displays, distribute promotional materials, and deliver high-energy pitches that educate potential clients on what makes MKM360 AutoWorks the best in the business.
Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service to the accounts you close, ensuring they remain loyal, long-term partners of the shop.
Requirements Automotive Passion:
A genuine interest in cars, car culture, or the automotive industry is highly preferred. You need to speak the language.
Natural Hustler:
Proven experience in sales, commission-based roles, or event marketing where you've successfully persuaded and motivated others.
Local Networker:
Deep familiarity with the Newark, Delaware, and surrounding automotive/business landscape is a massive plus.
Social Media Savvy:
Ability to create engaging, clean, and professional social content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) tailored to target demographics.
Fearless Communication:
Charismatic personality with excellent public speaking and negotiation skills—you are comfortable pitching to business owners and crowds alike.
Self-Starter Mentality:
Because this role is heavily rewarded by performance, you must be disciplined enough to hunt for leads without hand-holding.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
