Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Training:
Drive sales for Rockwood products through Home Depot associates and customers.
Store Visits:
Regularly visit Home Depot locations in the Southeast Florida market to ensure associates are trained on products and sales strategies.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of Rockwood Shutters for Home Depot associates, district managers, and customers. Collaboration with
Marketing Team:
Work with Rockwood's marketing team to implement sales strategies for your territory.
Program Management:
Oversee training, scheduling, interviewing, and managing store-level activities to ensure program success.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to drive product sales and provide a positive customer experience.
Territory Management:
Manage all aspects of Rockwood Shutters' operations in the Fort Lauderdale area, with growth opportunities within the role.
Required Qualifications:
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage time and efficiency during store visits.
Independence & Teamwork:
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Learning Ability:
Open to learning new concepts and accepting feedback.
Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license . Willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL or surrounding area before starting work.
