Duties Hold and display signs in designated areas to maximize visibility and attract attention from pedestrians and drivers Ensure signs are securely positioned and clearly visible at all times during your shift Rotate signage as needed to highlight different promotions, directions, or information Interact politely with passersby or visitors, providing assistance or directions when appropriate Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of signage and surrounding areas Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries while handling signs and equipment Report any issues with signage, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and remain energetic throughout shifts Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines Reliable punctuality and dependable attendance record Basic physical strength to carry, set up, and adjust signs as needed Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is a plus but not required Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us as a Sign Holder and bring your enthusiasm to life!
