In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and attracting customers by holding signs in high-traffic areas. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with the public effectively. As a Sign Holder, you will play a crucial role in increasing visibility for our promotions and events. Responsibilities Stand in designated locations to hold promotional signs and attract attention to our business. Engage with passersby to create interest in our products or services. Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with the public. Ensure that signage is visible, clean, and in good condition throughout your shift. Follow safety guidelines and protocols while on duty. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. A friendly and approachable personality that encourages customer interaction. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
