Job Description
Join the Big SVM Team! Big SVM is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Brand Ambassadors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and representing nationally recognized brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, helping customers learn about products and services while creating positive and memorable experiences. Responsibilities Represent Big SVM professionally at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach initiatives. Engage with potential customers and educate them on products and services. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service. Assist with event setup, marketing displays, and distribution of promotional materials. Gather customer feedback and information to support marketing efforts. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while representing the company. Qualifications Strong communication and people skills. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
