6-8 hour shifts About AMP Beauty AMP Beauty is a multi-channel commerce platform redefining how emerging beauty brands access retail. We curate, launch, and scale brands across digital and in-person retail environments—connecting them with the next generation of consumers and decision-makers. Role Overview We are seeking high-energy, polished Brand Ambassadors to represent AMP Beauty and its portfolio of emerging brands at the EXCELERATEher Summit. This role is equal parts sales, storytelling, and customer experience —you are the face of the brand on the floor. You will engage a highly influential audience, drive product discovery, and convert interactions into sales, while maintaining a premium, elevated booth presence. Key Responsibilities Deliver a white-glove customer experience to all booth visitors Confidently educate and sell across multiple beauty brands and product categories Actively drive sales conversions and support revenue targets Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock products as needed Capture customer insights and feedback to inform brand and AMP strategy Support content moments (UGC, influencer engagement, social capture) Represent AMP Beauty with professionalism, energy, and strong brand knowledge Qualifications Prior experience in retail, beauty, or brand ambassador roles preferred Strong sales instincts and comfort with direct customer engagement Passion for beauty, wellness, and emerging brands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented What Success Looks Like High engagement with event attendees Strong contribution to daily sales performance Positive brand representation and customer feedback Seamless execution of booth operations

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$18-$25/hour (based on experience) Potential performance-based incentives Access to exclusive industry event and networking opportunities
