Retail Brand Ambassador :
Pin HQ by GoPinPro Part-Time | $15-17/hr + Tips We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy people. Some people naturally make others feel welcome. They remember names, enjoy conversations, and know how to make someone's day a little better just by being themselves. If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
About Pin HQ:
Pin HQ is the flagship store for GoPinPro and home to over one million authentic Disney pins. Collectors from all over the world visit us to hunt for grail pins, trade with other collectors, and experience everything our community has to offer. We're a family-owned business built around a patented invention, incredible products, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. From our monthly pin trading events to Florida's largest pin trading event, every day at Pin HQ is different.
The Role:
This isn't your typical retail job. One guest might be buying their very first pin. Another has been searching for the same pin for years. You'll help both of them. You'll help guests build custom PinFolios at our Charm Bar, answer questions, recommend products, celebrate new pin releases, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience worth remembering. The people on our sales floor are a huge part of why guests come back.
What We're Looking For:
We can teach you our products. We can teach you Disney pins. We can't teach someone to care about people. You'll fit in well if you: Enjoy talking with people. Like learning about Disney, collecting, and pop culture. Stay patient, even on busy days. Show up when your team needs you. Want to grow with a company instead of just having a job.
