About Us Launch Point Group works with clients to create engaging, face-to-face customer experiences through in-person campaigns and promotional events. We are currently expanding our Miami team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start immediately. Position Overview We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent client products and services at promotional events and customer engagement activities throughout the Miami area. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working as part of a team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Represent client products and services at in-person events and promotional campaigns Welcome customers and provide accurate product and service information Build positive relationships through professional customer interactions Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown Maintain a clean and organized event space Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
Requirements:
