EVENTS LEADER / EVENT SPECIALIST

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and guest-focused leader to help grow our events business while delivering WOW experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Event Sales & Growth Respond to party and event inquiries Book birthday parties, group events, fundraisers, and special events Build relationships with schools, camps, sports teams, churches, and community organizations Help drive event revenue and grow bookings Guest Experience Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call through event completion Ensure every guest has an amazing experience Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Create memorable celebrations that exceed expectations Event Coordination Manage event schedules and reservations Coordinate event details with guests and staff Confirm bookings and communicate event expectations Maintain accurate records in company systems Team Leadership Lead and coach Event Hosts Assist with hiring and training event team members Ensure events run smoothly and on schedule Set the standard for hospitality and professionalism Community Outreach Support local marketing initiatives Attend community events when needed Build partnerships that drive awareness and bookings Represent the Sky Zone brand in the community What We're Looking For Qualifications 18 years or older Available nights, weekends, and holidays 1+ year experience in hospitality, events, sales, recreation, entertainment, or customer service Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phone Basic computer skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Bonus Points For Event planning experience Birthday party coordination Sales experience Community outreach experience Family entertainment or hospitality background The Ideal Candidate You are: Friendly and outgoing A natural relationship builder Organized and detail-oriented Motivated by goals and results Comfortable leading a team Passionate about creating memorable experiences Someone who loves helping people celebrate Benefits Competitive Pay Flexible Scheduling Employee Discounts 401(k) Career Growth Opportunities Fun and Exciting Work Environment Opportunity to Make a Real Impact Ready to Join the Team?
