We're expanding our field team and looking for motivated independent representatives who are comfortable working neighborhoods and talking with homeowners face-to-face. About the Role This is a door-to-door field role. As an independent representative, you'll canvass residential neighborhoods across Broward and Miami-Dade, introduce homeowners to our services, and set qualified appointments with our contractor partners. You control your own schedule, your territory approach, and your pace — this is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not an employee position. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners at the door Introduce homeowners to impact window, door, and roofing services Set qualified appointments for our contractor partners Track your interactions so you can improve your own results A Strong Fit If You Have done door-to-door, canvassing, or field sales before Are comfortable approaching people and handling a "no" without folding Are self-motivated and consistent Have reliable transportation and a smartphone Speak English and Spanish (a strong advantage in this market) What We Provide Product knowledge and marketing materials to get you effective fast A product that's in genuine demand across South Florida Performance-based earnings, paid weekly The freedom to run your own territory
