AI Enablement Consultant

JOB SUMMARY

This strategic consulting role is focused on enhancing enterprise developer productivity by improving the usability, adoption, and operational effectiveness of AI-assisted development tools. The position partners with developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to identify workflow challenges, optimize user experience, and implement practical improvements that strengthen enterprise AI tool adoption. By combining developer experience strategy, process optimization, and consulting delivery, this role helps organizations maximize the value of AI-enabled software development ecosystems. This is a 100% onsite role in Alpharetta, GA, with limited travel based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with developers and enterprise stakeholders to identify friction points, workflow gaps, and usability challenges in AI development tools.
• Improve onboarding processes, workflow efficiency, and adoption strategies for approved AI-assisted developer platforms.
• Translate user feedback into practical improvements across documentation, tooling processes, and developer enablement materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and context engineering teams to improve AI tool relevance, performance, and user experience.
• Develop sustainable guidance, best practices, and knowledge-transfer resources for long-term enterprise adoption. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in developer experience, platform engineering, developer tooling, or related technical consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows and AI-assisted developer tools.
• Experience improving developer onboarding, workflow optimization, or enterprise technology adoption.
• Proven ability to gather technical feedback, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering collaboration practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with internal developer platforms, enterprise enablement programs, or adoption analytics.
• Familiarity with context engineering, AI developer support models, or enterprise AI governance.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience creating change management, knowledge transfer, or technical enablement programs.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale software transformation or developer productivity initiatives.
