Specific role assignments vary by event and are determined at booking time. You may be placed as a brand ambassador, venue attendant, check-in/registration agent, VIP host, or guest services representative depending on the event! Duties Serve as the on-site face of the client brand, maintaining a professional and engaging presence throughout the duration of the event Greet, welcome, and direct guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and memorable first impression Manage guest check-in, credential verification, badge and wristband distribution, and registration queue flow Provide accurate wayfinding and venue navigation assistance to attendees, VIP guests, and media Monitor assigned areas for guest needs, safety concerns, and any operational issues Assist with event setup, breakdown, and transition between event segments as directed Engage guests during brand activations with product knowledge, demonstrations, or experiential activities as briefed Deliver elevated, hospitality-grade service to VIP guests, speakers, and talent Communicate proactively and professionally with team members and Event Captain throughout the shift Represent Peach City Staffing's standard of excellence at all times on and off the event floor Requirements Must be 21 years or older 1+ year of experience in events, hospitality, brand activations, or customer-facing roles (preferred) Knowledge of guest services principles within diverse settings Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and major event windows Ability to stand for extended periods and work in high-energy, fast-paced environments Reliable transportation to event locations across the Atlanta metro area Bilingual or multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German Must be authorized to work in the
