F45 Studio Lead

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Studio Lead & Coach to join our teams in the Georgia Area. Execute sales and trial-to-member conversion processes to enhance the studio experience. Actively participate in networking and community events to generate business and promote the brand. Support and assist with daily operations and growth for F45 studio. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and brand guidelines. Deliver HIIT, Strength, Cardio, and Hybrid group classes, maintaining an average of 10-15 classes per week, including some weekends. Ensure proper and safe use of all training equipment, including dumbbells, ERGs, kettlebells, and weight racks. Conduct pre-class visual inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring equipment is returned to its designated space per management standards. Stay current with and implement F45 Brand and Athletics standards at all times. Assist with filling class schedules by coordinating instructor availability and ensuring schedule consistency. Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating company values and professionalism in all interactions. Work with trainers and management to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience. Adapt to evolving sales processes and studio pricing updates as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned to support studio operations and growth.

Experience/Requirements:

2-3 years experience in sales and leadership CPT, Group Fitness Certification, or related degree CPR and AED certified
