Responsibilities Act as the friendly face of Eden Pure Beef, engaging with shoppers and providing exceptional customer service at farmers markets. Collect valuable customer feedback and data to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings. Assist with event marketing efforts by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and creating an inviting atmosphere. Educate customers on the nutritional benefits and sustainable sourcing of our beef through clear, engaging communication. Support branding initiatives by maintaining attractive displays and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with our brand identity. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for regeneratively farmed food and customer interaction is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak in public and engage diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base. Experience with data collection or social media management will be advantageous for supporting marketing efforts.
