In this face-to-face sales role , you will build relationships with customers, educate them on available solutions, and guide them through the sales process. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach . Responsibilities Meet directly with customers to discuss products and services Build rapport and establish trust through professional, face-to-face interactions Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Present product and service offerings clearly and effectively Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of interactions Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing clients Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person and building relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Details Full-time (40 hours/week) Average weekly pay: $800-$1,200, including bonuses and commission opportunities Flexible schedule Health benefits, 401K, mileage reinbursement, and additional benefits available Ongoing training and advancement opportunities If you enjoy working directly with people, building relationships, and earning based on performance, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
