Luxury Skincare Brand Ambassador / Field Sales Support (Freelance)

Contractor Hours:
Approximately 35 hours per week Elite Associates, a leading luxury retail and beauty recruitment agency, is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning luxury skincare brand rooted in natural wellness, high-performance botanicals, and modern Italian heritage. We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven Brand Ambassador / Field Sales Support professional to represent the brand across key retail partner locations throughout the Chicago market. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in luxury beauty, enjoys cultivating meaningful retail relationships, and can confidently embody the presence and values of a premium skincare brand in-store. Store Coverage Areas Streeterville / Elm Hinsdale Lake Forest Please note that locations are spread across the Chicago area, making strong organisation, scheduling, and time management skills essential. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand within luxury beauty retail environments and deliver an elevated client experience Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance across partner locations Build and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership and store associates Ensure store teams remain educated, engaged, and actively selling the collection between visits Act as a trusted brand partner and advocate on the shop floor Support existing in-store events, activations, and client experiences Organise approximately one locally driven event per month to increase brand visibility and sales Manage scheduling and store coverage efficiently across multiple locations Ideal Candidate Profile Previous experience within luxury beauty, skincare, wellness, or premium retail Passion for high-performance skincare, natural ingredients, and luxury client service Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple locations Experience within department stores, beauty retailers, or luxury concessions preferred Professional, polished, highly reliable, and self-motivated Excellent communication and presentation skills Seeking a long-term freelance opportunity with consistency and growth potential Additional Information Hinsdale is currently the highest-priority location Coverage may be split between two freelancers depending on availability and geography If you are passionate about luxury skincare and enjoy creating meaningful retail partnerships while driving in-store performance, we would love to hear from you.
