We're hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as AT&T Retail Sales Ambassadors . In this customer-facing retail position, you'll work inside major retail locations educating shoppers about AT&T's wireless, internet, and home technology solutions while helping them find the services that best fit their needs. What You'll Do Engage with customers in a retail environment Educate shoppers on AT&T wireless, internet, and technology solutions Demonstrate products and answer customer questions Recommend plans and services based on customer needs Process new customer enrollments and account upgrades Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing exceptional service Compensation W-2 Employee Position $750-$950 per week base pay (DOE) Uncapped commission opportunities Weekly pay Paid training provided Schedule Full-time position (40-42 hours per week) Five-day work week including one weekend day Eight-hour shifts Typical start times between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM No late-night shifts Major holidays off Benefits Paid training Advancement opportunities Performance-based bonuses and incentives Professional sales and leadership development Health benefits available after eligibility requirements are met Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be authorized to work in the United States Whether you're looking to start your career in sales or take the next step into a high-growth industry, this is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills while representing a leading telecommunications provider.
