Job Description

Vaco has partnered with a client in the packaging industry located on the east side of Indianapolis, IN to hire a Brand Ambassador & Company Spokesperson. This is an in-office position.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, camera-comfortable Brand Ambassador & Company Spokesperson to become the face and voice of our company. This role isn't about chasing click-through rates or sitting behind a desk managing campaigns — it's about being the brand. You'll be the person greeting clients at the door, leading them through our facility, telling our story on video, and making sure that every person who meets you (in person or on screen) walks away remembering us. The ideal candidate is energetic, polished, and genuinely lights up in front of people and cameras. You're comfortable speaking off the cuff, building instant rapport with visitors, and turning a facility tour into a memorable experience. Marketing skills are a plus — but personality, presence, and the ability to represent the company with confidence are what we're really hiring for.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador & Spokesperson Serve as the primary point of contact and host for client and prospect visits Lead engaging, informative facility tours that leave a strong impression Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Build genuine rapport with clients and prospects, acting as a familiar, trusted face of the brand On-Camera Video Content Star in video content — facility walkthroughs, client testimonials, product highlights, culture/behind-the-scenes features Comfortably deliver scripted and unscripted talking points on camera Partner with leadership and sales to identify video opportunities that showcase the company's story Help shape a consistent on-camera "personality" for the brand across platforms Client & Sales Team Support Work side-by-side with the sales team during client visits and presentations Present company updates and marketing materials to internal and external audiences with confidence and polish Act as a culture carrier — someone clients and prospects associate with the company's energy and values Marketing & Brand Support Help maintain consistent branding across social media, sales materials, and client-facing content Support content creation (social posts, photos, video clips) that highlights the people and personality behind the brand Manage SWAG — sourcing, ordering, and distributing branded merchandise Provide light support on email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and brand consistency efforts Additional Responsibilities Provide occasional executive-level administrative support as needed Take on ad hoc projects that support overall business goals — we're a small team and flexibility matters
Qualifications :
A natural communicator who is energized by meeting new people and being in front of a camera Previous experience presenting to groups, hosting tours, or working in a client-facing/hospitality-style role Comfortable being filmed and speaking confidently without a script Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent client-facing experience) Outgoing, polished, and professional — someone who makes a strong first impression Creative thinker who's open to feedback and comfortable hearing "no" sometimes Adaptable and hands-on; thrives wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities without constant direction Marketing background (social media, content creation, branding) is a strong plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Strong employee appreciation culture with regular recognition initiatives Work Environment This is a 100% on-site position. You'll work directly alongside the sales team and senior leadership in a collaborative, open environment — and you'll be the person clients remember after they walk out the door. If you love being the center of attention in the best way, enjoy connecting with new people daily, and want to help build a brand's personality from the ground up, this could be the perfect fit.
