Job Description The Citizen Development Program Leader serves as the strategic and operational owner of Olsson's Citizen Development Program. This role is led by the Applied Technology team and defines the program's overall direction, establishes the operating model, and maintains the guardrails that ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards, while intentionally accelerating the speed at which ideas can move from concept to a full operational solution. As the central authority for Citizen Development, Applied Technology guides and supports the broader citizen developer community by providing governance frameworks, approved platforms, training resources, and standardized processes. This role ensures that employees have the tools and pathways they need to create lightweight, impactful solutions while maintaining the integrity of Olsson's technology ecosystem. Functioning as the connective layer between business needs, technical enablement, and IT oversight, the Program Leader drives alignment across technical teams, facilitates collaboration with subject matter experts, and ensures that solutions developed by employees complement and not conflict with core enterprise systems.
