Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Sales and Promotions Executive to join our team. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential for those who are self-motivated and eager to make an impact. As a Sales and Promotions Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and promoting Sugar95 Radio's advertising and promotional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to sell advertising packages and promotional services to local businesses and clients. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients in the DMV area. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns for clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Attend networking events, and industry functions, and engage with clients to further promote the station's services. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Must reside in the Ann Arbor area - local candidates only. Proven track record in sales or promotions, preferably within the radio or media industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Prior experience in radio, media sales, or event promotions is a plus, but not required.
