This role offers a dynamic environment where your creativity and interpersonal skills can truly shine, helping us build meaningful relationships with consumers and boost brand awareness. Responsibilities Represent the brand(s) confidently at various events, including product launches, festivals, and promotional campaigns, ensuring a lively and professional presence. Engage with potential customers through product demos, sampling, and interactive activities to generate excitement and interest. Collect valuable data from event interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve future campaigns. Photos, videos, surveys, and increase social media following. Assist with the growth of our social media presence by capturing unforgettable moments, sharing live updates, and responding to followers to foster community engagement. Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional booths, ensuring all materials and displays are visually appealing and functional. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Collaborate with team members and event organizers to maximize outreach and ensure seamless execution of promotional activities. Experience Previous experience in the Cannabis or Adult Beverage industry, sales, or customer service roles are highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to connect with diverse audiences. Currently manage an active Social Media page you can share with us. Proven skills in social media management and engagement. Experience in event marketing or the ability to engage audiences effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident, energetic demeanor. Familiarity with branding principles and marketing concepts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Ability to handle product demonstrations confidently and professionally, conveying product benefits clearly and enthusiastically. A proactive attitude, with the flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be a vital part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable brand experiences!
