Starting at $30/hour + performance-based commission opportunities About the Role We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are comfortable with smartphones and enjoy helping others. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll assist customers with downloading, setting up, and navigating mobile apps while providing a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, coachable, and eager to grow. Top performers have opportunities to increase earnings through commissions and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Guide users through downloading and setting up mobile applications Educate customers on app features and functionality Troubleshoot basic smartphone and app-related issues Walk customers through account creation and verification processes Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers Meet performance goals and quality standards Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Strong knowledge of smartphones (iPhone and Android) Comfortable downloading, installing, and navigating mobile apps Ability to clearly explain technology to others Excellent communication and people skills Reliable transportation preferred Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Goal-oriented and eager to maximize earning potential Preferred Qualifications Has never used betting apps or has only used one or two betting apps Experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador work Comfortable working independently and engaging with the public Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed Who We're Looking For Overachievers who consistently go above and beyond Individuals who are hungry for success and willing to put in the work Positive, energetic people who enjoy helping others Team players who are coachable and open to growth People looking for more than just a job—they want an opportunity
