In this role as a Retail Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-store training to Event Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and fostering strong, positive relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and capable of providing clear, effective training. You're 21 years or olderHave 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement(Preferred) Have prior supervisory experienceAre comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of viewAre as self-starter and have the ability to work independently to achieve goalsAre comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers and recommending product sales.
Have basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usageAre comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing mannerAvailable to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - MondayCan lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hoursAre comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipmentHave reliable transportation to and from work locationHave the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment If this sounds like you, we can't wait to learn more about you.
