  • Event Rentals is needed that is a hands-on event/warehouse supervisor to manage our event staff & warehouse staff.
Our ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience & events.
Job Description:
The Assistant Event Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Help Oversee loading and receiving of all products coming and leaving the warehouse. Follow up on purchase orders, shortage, and damage with vendors or customers. Open and close warehouse/yard on a daily basis. Support for the event, delivery & sales teams. Responsible for inventory counts. Schedule and track maintenance and repairs on company vehicles. Provide a safe and organized work environment that is compliant with all safety procedures. Coordinate and ensure deliveries are on schedule and tracked. Employee scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Conducts or assists with performance reviews. This job description is intended to describe the general duties of the position and is not a comprehensive list. Employees are required to complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation. Valid Drivers License With Clean driving record, including no DWIs. Have A Clean Background Check. Ability to Lift Heavy Equipment. Good Health & Vision. Ability to Pass Physical, Drug & Background Tests. Dependable. Ability to Interact with Clients of all Ages. MUST Be Available Weekends. Light Duty Mechanical Experience a Plus.
