As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and fostering customer relationships. Duties Engage with customers at events, providing product information to enhance their experience. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback. Conduct sales activities by encouraging customers to purchase products during events. Assist in branding efforts by ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Skills Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing product knowledge for liquor-related brands. Proficient in data collection techniques to gather insights from customer interactions. Familiarity with event marketing principles to maximize brand exposure at promotional events. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate the brand message clearly. Knowledge of branding concepts and strategies that resonate with target audiences. A background in marketing is beneficial for understanding promotional strategies.
