BRAND AMBASSADOR

Responsibilities Actively promote our products at events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about features and benefits. Engage with customers through social media platforms to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with sales teams to strategize on effective marketing approaches. Collect research data on customer preferences and feedback for continuous improvement. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in public speaking engagements to represent the brand effectively. Assist in event marketing efforts by organizing promotional activities and materials. Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, showcasing strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective engagement with diverse audiences. Experience in collaboration sales or event marketing is a plus. Familiarity with social media management and public speaking will enhance your application. A background in research data collection can be beneficial for understanding market trends. A passion for building relationships and promoting products is essential for success in this role.
