Crafted with functional ingredients and designed to elevate the drinking experience, our elixirs are meant to be incorporated into thoughtful, balanced beverages whether behind the bar or at home. Position Overview We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Brand Ambassador to represent and grow Sandhills Elixir across the Omaha market. This role is equal parts sales, education, and community building, ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people and bringing a brand to life in real-world settings. You'll be responsible for expanding our wholesale presence, supporting accounts with menu integration, and creating meaningful opportunities for customers to discover Sandhills Elixir. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Growth & Account Development Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale accounts (bars, restaurants, cafés, bottle shops, and specialty retailers) Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, bar managers, and owners Manage and grow existing accounts to increase reorder frequency and sales volume Coordinate with distribution partners (if applicable) to ensure smooth ordering and fulfillment Visit retailers, bars, and restaurants in Omaha to make sales. This requires reliable personal transportation and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Non-standard availability to fit into open times for bars and restaurants. Some evening and weekend availability to host tastings and other events. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Growth & Account Development Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale accounts (bars, restaurants, cafés, bottle shops, and specialty retailers) Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, bar managers, and owners Manage and grow existing accounts to increase reorder frequency and sales volume Coordinate with distribution partners (if applicable) to ensure smooth ordering and fulfillment Menu Integration & Education Work with accounts to develop and refine drink menus featuring Sandhills Elixir Provide guidance on recipes, positioning, and menu placement Train bar and retail staff on product knowledge and how to confidently sell Sandhills Elixir Events, Tastings & Community Presence Plan and execute in-store tastings, pop-ups, and sampling events Identify and secure opportunities for Sandhills Elixir to be featured at local events and activations Represent the brand at community events, creating memorable customer experiences Build partnerships within the hospitality, wellness, and local business communities Content Capture & Brand Representation Capture photo and video content of Sandhills Elixir "in the wild" (menus, drinks, events, placements) Provide consistent content to the Sandhills team for use on social media and marketing channels Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently represented in-market Market Insights & Reporting Track sales activity, account progress, and pipeline development Provide regular updates on wins, challenges, and market feedback Share insights on customer behavior, pricing, and competitive landscape Performance Expectations & Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: New wholesale accounts opened Active accounts and reorder frequency Menu placements and visibility in-market Monthly revenue growth in Omaha and Lincoln Event execution and community engagement Initial Targets (First 60-90 Days) 6-10 new wholesale accounts opened 4-6 accounts actively featuring Sandhills on a menu or shelf 15-25 qualified account conversations per month 2-4 tastings or activations per month Ongoing Monthly Targets 3-6 new accounts opened Growth and retention of active accounts Consistent reorder activity across accounts Continued expansion of menu placements and partnerships Compensation & Structure Commission-based compensation tied to wholesale sales in the Omaha and Lincoln markets Tiered commission structure with increased earning potential as sales grow Bonuses and incentives tied to: New account openings First reorders Menu placements Event execution Account Ownership Accounts opened by the Brand Ambassador remain tied to them for commission Ongoing relationship management and sales growth are expected to maintain ownership Inactive accounts may be reassigned if not actively managed Expenses & Support Monthly spend allowance for: Visiting accounts and experiencing Sandhills Elixir on menus Building relationships with buyers and partners Mileage reimbursement for travel in Omaha and Lincoln Pre-approved budget for tastings, events, and activations Content Expectations Capture 2-3 pieces of content per week (photos or short videos) Focus on real-world placements: drinks, menus, events, and community presence No requirement to post. Content will be provided to the Sandhills team for use What We're Looking For Strong connection to the Omaha and/or Lincoln hospitality or wellness community Experience in bartending, sales, hospitality, beverage, or brand representation (preferred but not required) Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently Flexible schedule to accommodate open times of bars and restaurants, and ability to host tastings during peak store traffic times Comfortable pitching, networking, and building relationships from scratch Passion for non-alcoholic beverages, functional ingredients, or wellness-focused products Organized and able to track activity, accounts, and opportunities Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow with you. As Sandhills Elixir expands, there is potential to: Take on additional territories Increase earning potential through expanded market ownership to host tastings and other events as needed.
